Return & Exchange Policy


In the case of a return, the customer is responsible to request a return within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, and having the item/s returned within (and no later than) 30 days. All returned merchandise must be in its original gift box and condition.

Exchange is possible only within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the customer makes any changes to the original item, Zahav Jewelry reserves the right to decline the return.

We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs.

If the order has already been shipped out and left our office, it is up to the customer to return the item back to us in order to be eligible for a full refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
